Stockholm, 2026-07-09 – Sertion continues its expansive growth journey and is now entering the Netherlands through the acquisition of Megens, adding approximately SEK 450 million in annual revenue to the Group. The acquisition marks an important milestone in the Group’s international expansion and takes Sertion another step forward in its development as a leading international infra- and installation group within complex HVAC and sanitation, technical infrastructure and industrial piping.

Megens is a well-established Dutch service and automation specialist with extensive expertise in technical maintenance, building automation, measurement and control systems, and industrial solutions. With strong technical capabilities, long-standing customer relationships, and a leading market position, Megens will serve as an important platform for Sertion’s continued growth in the Dutch market.
