Stockholm, 2026-01-06 – Sertion continues its expansive growth journey and has completed a new strategic acquisition in Denmark. Through the acquisition of Nørhalne VVS A/S, which adds approximately DKK 100 million in annual turnover, Sertion strengthens its presence in the Danish market and takes another step in its development as a leading international infrastructure and installation group within complex heating and sanitation, technical infrastructure, and industrial piping.

Nørhalne VVS A/S is a well-established Danish heating and sanitation company with a strong local market position in Northern Jutland and extensive experience in installation, service, and contracting within heating and sanitation systems.
