Sertion continues to expand through the acquisition of Kiefer System Group and adds three more specialist companies to Sertion Industry

Örebro, Oktober 2, 2025 – Sertion has now completed a new strategic acquisition as part of its long-term growth journey, further strengthening its position as a leading international infra & piping partner in complex heating and sanitation projects, technical infrastructure, and industrial piping.
Through the acquisition of Swedish specialist group Kiefer System Group, consisting of Systemsvets, Systemtools, and UMB Mekaniska, the Group gains a combined turnover of approximately SEK 200 million and unique expertise in orbital welding, special machinery, and on-site installations for the energy, pharmaceutical, and process industries.
