Sertion enters Denmark with the acquisition of LMT Process Systems

Örebro, 6 October 2025 – Sertion continues its expansive growth journey by completing a new strategic acquisition. With this establishment in Denmark, a key market for the Group’s expansion across the Nordics and Northern Europe, Sertion takes another important step in its growth as a leading international infra & piping partner. Through the acquisition of LMT Process Systems ApS, Sertion Industry strengthens its offering in process and industrial piping for clients in pharmaceuticals, food and energy.
