Scandinavian Energy Systems AS joins Sertion in Norway, adding seven companies and a combined turnover of approximately SEK 300 million

Oslo, October 9, 2025 – Sertion strengthens its position to become a leading international infra and installation partner as Scandinavian Energy Systems AS (SES) joins the Group in Norway. This marks the creation of a strong platform for the establishment of the business area Sertion Industry in Norway, offering unique expertise in industrial piping, energy systems, district heating, steam and thermal solutions, service, and rental.
Scandinavian Energy Systems AS is a leading Norwegian industrial group and consists of several well-established companies: Skåland Rør & Industrimontasje, Energy Rent, Selebø Rørservice, Boilertech, BoilerRent, Inpro AS, and Energiservice Øst AS. With strong specialist expertise and a substantial customer base in the energy, process, and industrial sectors, SES contributes competence, capacity, and geographical strength to Sertion. By joining the Group, SES adds seven companies to Sertion and a combined turnover of approximately SEK 300 million.
