Stockholm, 2026-03-05 – Sertion continues its expansive growth journey and has completed a new acquisition in Norway. Through the acquisition of Bryne Rør AS, Sertion strengthens its presence in the Norwegian market and takes another step in its development as a leading international infra- and installation group within complex HVAC, technical infrastructure and industrial piping.
Bryne Rør is a well-established Norwegian HVAC and piping contractor with a strong local market position in the Jæren region and extensive experience in installation, service and project delivery within HVAC and technical piping systems. The company has been operating since 1965 and has built a solid business focused on quality, customer relationships and technical expertise.
– The acquisition of Bryne Rør is fully in line with our long-term growth strategy. The company strengthens our organisation in Norway with competence and capacity and contributes to the continued development of our offering within HVAC and technical infrastructure, says Andreas Bogren, Group CEO of Sertion AB.
– Becoming part of Sertion gives us access to new networks and resources that enable us to further develop our business. We look forward to combining our local expertise and long experience with Sertion’s ambitions and creating long-term value for our customers, says Ruben Skovgaard Slethei, Managing Director of Bryne Rør AS.
The acquisition is one of several planned during the year and a central part of Sertion’s ambition to grow with quality and capacity across Norway, the Nordic region and Northern Europe.
