Örebro, 2025-05-07 – Sertion has completed its sixth acquisition in 12 months, strengthening its position to become an international infra- and installation partner within complex heating and sanitation projects, technical infrastructure, and industrial piping.
Through the acquisition of WAIS AB – one of several planned acquisitions this year – Sertion enhances its position within the industrial piping segment and complements its existing operations in southwestern Sweden. The Group’s pro forma turnover thereby increases to SEK 1.7 billion (LTM).
