Sertion has signed an agreement to acquire Østlandske VVS AS, a leading full-service provider in the design and execution of piping systems for residential and commercial properties in Oslo and Akershus. This strategic acquisition is part of Sertion’s expansion plans to strengthen its presence and expertise in the piping sector in Scandinavia.

Østlandske VVS AS, founded in 2002 by former CEO and still effective Chairman of the Board, Helge Ranheim, has built a strong reputation by delivering high-quality services in areas such as sanitary installations, sprinkler systems, heating & cooling systems, and heat pumps. With over 50 dedicated employees, the company has successfully completed several significant projects.
